Step 1 | Select Your Dose

The idea behind livin-dosing is for it to be a sub-perceptual dose. The most common strengths are 75mg and 100mg, but everyone is different! We recommend starting low and slow.  Our blends are made with pepper extract which opens the cells and activates the blend so often people find they don’t need as strong as a dose as they are used to when micro-dosing.  Tip: take your livin-dose after eating if you notice it is too strong.  

Step 2 | Set your schedule

Over time you can build up a tolerance, so off days are important.  There is an afterglow effect so often people will still feel the benefits of livin-dosing, even on their off days. You are creating new neuro-pathways! What are these? These are new belief systems and expectations about life.  So you are training your brain to think and operate in a new way.  The idea is to not need to livin-dose forever, so off days are also important for training the brain to step into your new reality.

Our recommended schedule is 2 days on 1 day off, giving you one month's supply per package.

Other schedules are Stamets Signature (5 days on 2 days off) and Fadimans Signature (1 day on 2 days off). Pick the schedule that works best for you.
